When Prompt Brain launched their product, early users were left unsure if it was finished, and testing revealed friction in key flows. I owned the UX discovery and design process, working alongside their team to rethink interactions, rebuild the design system, and craft a more polished, welcoming interface. The new experience improved clarity and usability, while helping users trust the product as a tool they could rely on daily.
